Disabling a package or individual tool

Disabling a package or tool means that tool(s) will not be visible to groups or individual users.

Procedure

1. Select the Tools tab.
2. Select the relevant folder or individual tool within the folder.
3. Select the group or user that should not have access to the package or tool.
4. In the Permissions tab click Edit.
5. Clear the Allowed check box.
6. Click Save.
